When an order comes in our Team Leader sends out an email to our trap building volunteers, those with that day free respond. A trap making day breaks down into our safety briefing followed by a run down on the traps we are making today, and particular detail that may cause a trap to be rejected.
We work to very detailed specifications and every trap has to pass our Quality Control inspector.

Trap making day is a convivial activity, we stop for morning smoko, with scones, muffins and other goodies provided by supportive wives, then we bring our own lunch interspersed with good natured banter and solutions for the worlds problems.
Then unwind with a cool drink (and a bit more banter!)
